The fact that it serves as a great layer and adds a dark vibe to any outfit is not enough.. Its also great cause it covers the bum and the back of the legs  which makes wearing dresses way more comfortable.. Dresses are kind of dangerous on windy days, so this thing is gonna be helpful as hell.  Its from Saltwater Gypsy, one of my favorite stores.
