Sparkle & Lace | Two Party Looks

My trip to San Francisco was filled with so many activities, I had a few dinners followed up with parties so I dressed up in elegant pieces in two occassions. Theres nothing I love more than to dress up in a piece that will look classy and elegant but still remains true to my style. I spotted both beauties online at Nordstrom, as they have the best assortment of party dresses, just in time for this holiday season.

For the outfit number one, I went with a little lace romper, which I got in size extra small. This piece is just so beautifully crafted and looks amazing on its own or with any black coat. I almost wear it with a black blazer but ended up going for my biker jacket because I wanted to add a little edge. The prettiest part is the back though, the cut out lace definitely adds that extra cute touch. I could see myself wearing this on Thanksgiving or a Christmas dinner with friends, or even New Years eve. I went with a loose hair and red lips to go for a more pin-up aesthetic, but this would look lovely with light lips and a messy bun too!

Para el primer look, me puse un romper de encaje que me pedi en talla xs. La pieza es tan hermosa que queda bien sin nada encima o con un abrigo negro. Casi me pongo un blazer pero fui por mi biker jacket para darle un toque mas rockero. Es la prenda perfecta para las fechas que se acercan ya que es dulce y elegante pero como Navidad, una comida de dia de accion de gracias con amigos, o hasta año nuevo. Me puse labios rojos para darle una estetica un poco mas pin up pero tambien quedaria lindo con labios claros y un moño desaliñado.

The second look is a little sequin dress for the go getters. A little more daring but still kept it classy with the opaque tights. What I love about this dress is its gorgeous open back and really closed cleavage in the front. If you wonder, its very stretchy (I got it in size small) and fitted me perfectly, not to mention not a single sequin fell off! Literally thats my biggest problem when I get sequined sparkly pieces, but this one delivered perfectly. I toped the look with an undone bun and burgundy lips for a contemporary party. Reminds me of the whole Gossip Girl and masquerade party aesthetic. This would be an amazing choice for a sexy New Years Eve look or a dinner with the boy, as it truly stands out and turns heads. I got so many compliments I am going to wear it again for sure.

El segundo look es un poco mas atrevido por la cantidad de lentejuelas, pero lo mantuve mas clasico con las medias bien opacas. Me encanta la espalda casi al descubierto y que la parte de adelante sea tan cerrada. Es bien stretch (me pedi talla s) y me sorprendio lo perfecto que quedo. La mejor parte es que es demasiado buena calidad y ninguna sola lentejuela se salio en la noche jaja. Siempre tengo ese problema! Tuve tantos comentarios que ya lo quiero volver a usar!
