NYFW- Part I
So I’ve been a little absent on the blog the past week as its been crazy as ever, but I finally could put together a post from the first few days NYFW for you guys to have a glimpse of some of the things I’ve been up to!
Before the madness started I had meetings and fittings around Midtown. I decided to wear a simple black dress from Theory. One can never go wrong with black.
Loving my new case from Danielle Guizio
Sleek and sharp silhouettes at Rebecca Vallance.
I love me a good suit.
All about the seventies mixing burgundy and tan. Wearing Asos suede booties and Loeffler Randall bag.
Walks after the shows around downton Manhattan. Btw this pizza restaurant (Artichoke Pizza) is one of the top places to eat in the city!
Quick stop at the Bollare showroom
Got me this lovely lace top by House of CB.
Daniel Silverstain was insane. Look at those shoes. I NEED.
Leather, chokers and pops of color, basically me.
Loved the classy futurism in their collection.
Stopped at the Shop Style showroom and had to take a selfie in their fitting room. Wearing these Free People flares because I only like flares when they are VERY wide.
The lovely terrace at the Shop Style showroom. Literally decoration goals.
Had the awesome opportunity to shoot with Altamira NYC. I’ve been a fan of Craig Arend since I started blogging!
I was wearing a jumpsuit from Shoptiques I picked at the Shop Style showroom.
Booties are from Windsor Smith and Mansur Gavriel bag
Details
I really love the heel of the booties, clunky and sophisticated at the same time
Always pay attention to the details, the lovely bow def added something to the outfit.
The views from the Shop Style showroom
And omg pups. They had the cutest puppies all dressed up, I died at this one. And the jacket was sewn by hand!!
Switched to this chambray jumpsuit from WHIT for their presentation. I’m not a huge fan of one pieces but this one definitely got me, I love the shade of blue and the fact that it was a button up so it had a collar.
WHIT: How insane is this giraffe dress. Also wouldn’t mind getting a pair of those flatforms.
Taking that instagram pic for ya.
WHIT was all about cut out pieces and retro floral prints. Not sure if I want summer to be over anymore.
Walks around downtown Manhattan with my cousin to relax for a bit.
It was a little gloomy and the weather cooled down this weekend, but I can’t complain as it made it less painful to run around.
When it rains: always bring a hat with you.
One of my favorite things of NYFW: this wall by Shantell Martin
Josie Natori Presentation.
Sharp and dramatic cuts at Josie Natori. You know how much I love silver with white.
Oh hi, me and my favorite wall.
Keeping up with emails , instagram and coffee:)
