Part two of NYFW with Rusk.

I’m glad my boyfriend could take some pictures of my outfit before the show. It was super early and sunny so we took advantage of the light. Wore a super flowy chiffon dress that was so pretty and comfy for a long day. So happy I finally found another ombre piece in purple and pink besides this other skirt I used to wear all the time.

This time it was the Elizabeth and James spring 2015 presentation. My two ultimate fashion icons, Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen are the designers so I was thrilled to be backstage and see the designs up close while RUSK products worked their magic. This time they had to create a natural cali girl hair with salt water waves as the collection basically channeled that LA laid back look…. Models were standing in front of wooden surfboards that gave that West Coast vibe. Clean cuts in a sporty-feminine style with minimalistic pieces and neutral colors. Very similar to the street style I’ve seen this NYFW. The looks were effortless and comfy… girls with that “I don’t dress for boys” look that I’ve been loving so far.
Anyways, if you had seen my face, when I saw MK and Ashley.. I think I almost threw myself out the window from excitement. I owe this to Rusk. Make sure to follow them on instagram to see some other pics by yourself 🙂

Hoy les dejo la parte dos de mi experiencia de NYFW con Rusk donde fui a la presentacion de Elizabeth & James. Estaba emocionada por que la marca esta diseñada por MK y Ashley Olsen quienes han sido mi mayor inspiracion desde que tengo uso de razon 🙂 El look en general era de la tipica chica californiana y el pelo era ondas naturales como si las modelos hubiesen salido del mar. La presentacion fue con unas tablas de surf que transmitian la onda de la costa Oeste y las prendas a pesar de no ser todas mi estilo me gustaron mucho: cortes simples, colores neutros y pasteles, siluetas minimalistas… un look que actualmente esta muy de moda .. lo que mas me gusto fue que la coleccion transmitio una actitud de “me visto para mi misma y no para los chicos” con mucha naturalidad. En fin, si hubieran visto mi cara cuando vi a las gemelas Olsen, casi me desmayo! fue hermoso.
