I received a couple of emails in the past few days asking about dressy/party outfits for this month, specially Christmas and New Years Eve. So I came up with this outfit, which is basically my take on a smart and dressy look but keeping my style. This skirt is literally what I would wear for a dressy yet edgy outfit.. I really can’t get over this skirt, so I plan to post it a couple more times this month with different party outfit ideas for you to see! I hope this helps some of you who are asking me what would I wear for a not so casual event. Here I wore it with this cute blouse from Awwdore. The pleats and little cute angel wings in the blouse are what actually add everything to the outfit. For outerweear I had to add a vintage jacket, to tone the outfit down. I always put on something very retro to too dressy outfits to make them more my style. This one is from Saltwater Gypsy. You all know how much I loove that store. If you are actually looking for an acid wash jean jacket, they have the PERFECT one here!

Anyways, its my last week of classes and then finals. Can’t believe how insanely fast this semester has been. Still have a couple more projects scheduled before I leave to Peru for vacations. I think this will be the best month of the year to be honest.

Hace unos dias recibi un par de correos preguntando por looks mas elegantes para esta epoca del año  sobretodo navidad y año nuevo. Asi que decidi armar un look elegante pero totalmente mi estilo para ese tipo de fiestas. Esto es exactamente lo que uso cuando tengo algo mucho mas elegante fuera de mis look casuales con creepers y shorts de jean. Esta falda es la prenda perfecta para vestirte elegante y original. Hay demasiadas mas formas de usarla asi que pienso postearla un par de veces durante este mes para compartir ideas de looks elegantes! Aqui la use con esta blusa bella de Awwdore, que definitivamente le da demasiada personalidad al look por las alas de angel en el cuello y el detalle plisado. Como abrigo, use una casaca vintage para bajarle un toque el tono elegante. Habria usado un blazer pero me parecio mucho para mi gusto. La chaqueta es de Saltwater Gypsy, una de mis tiendas favoritas de cosas vintage. Si buscan la casaca acid wash de jean, pueden conseguir  una perfecta aca.  La falda es de Booho, una tienda inglesa que tiene prendas vestidoras increibles y distintas como esta falda. Este semestre ha sido uno de los mas rapidos que he tenido. Todavia me faltan un par de proyectos antes de ir a Peru para navidad y vacaciones.  No se por que pero me encanta diciembre.Por cierto, he posteado mas prendas en Le Happy Shop asi que chequeen las ultimas cosas, sobretodo vestidos y zapatos!
